1 (28 oz.) bag mini, red potatoes

2 T. olive oil

1 pkt. ranch dressing mix

Directions:

- Place potatoes in crock pot and drizzle with olive oil

- Sprinkle with ranch dressing mix

- Cook on low for 5- 6 hours
