Tater Tot Casserole (White Trash Bistro- Year One: Volume 7; October, 2010)


Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 40 min
Ready in: 45 min
Serves: 6

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
Spices to taste (garlic, onion, pepper, seasoned salt, etc.)
2 cans mixed vegetables (or 1 pkg. frozen)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 bag frozen tater tots

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Spray a 9 x 13" casserole dish with cooking spray
- Cook meat in a large skillet, adding lots of spices to taste
- When meat is done, turn off heat
- Add soup and veggies and stir
- Pour mixture into casserole dish and put tater tots side-by-side on top
- Bake until tater tots are crispy, about 30 min
