Sweet and Sour Sauce (Asian Persuasion- Year One: Volume 6; September, 2010)

Ingredients:
1/3 c. water
1 T. + 2 1/4 tsp. distilled white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 oz. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. horseradish
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dill
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together all ingredients
- Cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes, or until mixture reaches desired color and consistency
