Serves: 4- 6
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. turkey breast
2 T. orange zest
1 T. ginger- grated
6 T. plain yogurt
4 T. orange juice
1 pint oil (for frying)
Directions:
- Cut turkey into strips and place in a shallow dish
- Blend remaining ingredients (except oil)
- Pour over turkey and stir well
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 min, stirring occasionally
- In fondue pot, heat oil to 375
- Cook turkey for 2- 4 min per strip
- Serve with Satay Sauce
