Ingredients:
6 T. peanut butter
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. coconut milk
Directions:
- In sauce pan, mix together all ingredients except coconut milk
- Once smooth, gradually add coconut milk until well-blended
- Heat 2- 4 min, until heated
- Serve warm or cold
