Cappuccino Mousse Trifle with Baileys (Drunkitty Drunk Drunk- Year Two: Volume 5; August, 2011)

Serves:  6

Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. cold milk
1/3 c. instant coffee granules
2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (10.75 oz.) loaves frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
1/2 c. Baileys
1 (1 oz.) square semisweet chocolate, grated
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir milk and coffee until dissolved
- Remove 1 cup and set aside
- Add pudding mixes to the remaining milk mixture
- Beat on low speed until thickened, about 2 min
- Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping
- Put 1/3 of cake cubes in a 4 qt. serving or trifle bowl
- Add 1/3 of reserved milk mixture
- Add 1/3 of Baileys
- Add 1/3 of pudding mixture
- Add 1/4 of grated chocolate
- Repeat layers twice
- Spread remaining whipped topping over top
- Sprinkle cinnamon and remaining chocolate over top
- Cover and refrigerate until serving
