Red Wine Chocolate Sauce with vanilla ice cream (Drunkitty Drunk Drunk- Year Two: Volume 5; August, 2011)


Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 15 min
Ready in: 20 min
Serves:  4- 6

Ingredients:
1/2 c. red wine
1 c. dark or milk chocolate chips
1/4 c. light corn syrup
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
- In a pot, simmer wine over medium-low heat for 8 min
- Turn heat down and add chocolate and corn syrup
- Whisk vigorously as chocolate melts
- Remove from heat and continue whisking until well-incorporated
- Serve hot, over vanilla ice cream
