Mango Lassi (Indian- Year Six: Volume 8; November, 2015)

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. milk
2 mangoes- peeled, pitted, cubed
1 T. honey
Pinch cardamom

Directions:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately
