Charleston Cheese Dip (Tailgating- Year Six: Volume 6; September, 2015)


Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 15 min
Ready in: 25 min
Serves: 6- 12

Ingredients: 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese- softened
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese- grated
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese- grated
2 green onions- finely chopped
1 dash cayenne pepper
8 butter crackers- crushed
8 slices bacon- cooked, crumbled
Corn chips (for serving)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, all cheeses, green onions, and cayenne pepper, until well-combined
- Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish
- Top mixture with cracker crumbs
- Bake until heated through, about 15 min
- Remove dish from oven
- Top with bacon
- Serve immediately with corn chips
