Ready in: 55 min- 1 hour
Serves: 6- 12
Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower
1/2 c. milk
1/2- 1 c. water
3/4- 1 c. red hot sauce
3/4 c. flour
1 T. butter
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
Dash cayenne pepper
Pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450
- Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and grease well
- Cut cauliflower head into small bite sized pieces
- Mix flour, milk, water, and spices into a small bowl
- Dip each cauliflower floret into flour mixture
- Lay on baking sheet in an even layer
- Bake until golden brown, about 25 min
- While baking, in a small saucepan, melt butter and hot sauce
- Bring to a simmer and remove from heat
- After cauliflower bites have baked, pour sauce over them
- Stir until each cauliflower bite has been coated in sauce
- Bake another 10- 15 min
