Ingredients:
5 slices bacon
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
1 T. honey
12-inch whole wheat pizza crust
3/4 c. goat cheese- crumbled
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries- sliced
1 1/2 c. baby arugula
1/2 c. fresh basil- chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450
- Lay bacon in a small skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until crisp; about 5- 7 min
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain and cool slightly
- Crumble
- Meanwhile, bring vinegar to a boil over medium-high heat in a small nonstick saucepan

- Reduce heat to low and simmer until reduced by half, about 10 min
- Remove from heat and stir in honey
- Return to heat and simmer for another 3 min
- Set aside
- Top pizza crust with goat cheese, strawberries and bacon

- Top pizza with arugula and basil
