Pumpkin Spice Cake (Fall Flavors- Year Three: Volume 6; October, 2012)

Cook time: 20- 25 min
Ready in: 25- 30 min
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
Cream cheese frosting
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a cake pan or line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners
- Mix cake mix and pumpkin until well combined (may add oil or milk to thin batter, if desired)
- Bake for 20- 25 min
- Cool
- Frost and serve
