Pineapple, Mango, and Corn Salsa (Hawaiian Luau- Year One: Volume 4; July, 2010)

Ready in: 15 min
Serves: 6- 8

Ingredients:
1 c. pineapple- diced
1/2 medium mango- diced
1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. tomato- chopped
1/4 c. cilantro- minced
3 T. red onions- minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cumin
Tortilla chips (for dipping)

Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients
- Serve with chips (we also ate as a topping on the burgers)
