Napa cabbage- shredded 1 (8oz.) can pineapple chunks- drained, reserve juices 1/2 lb. bay shrimp- cooked 3/4 c. mayonnaise 2 T. chutney 1tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 c. peanuts- chopped Directions: - Boil shrimp in salted water until fully cooked, about 2 min - Chill - Combine cabbage, pineapple, and shrimp and set aside - Mix mayonnaise, chutney, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and juice from the pineapple until well combined - Just before serving, mix together dressing and the cabbage mixture - Sprinkle peanuts over top and serve
