Ingredients:
1 3/4 lb. Kale
2 T. butter
2 T. double cream
Pinches of nutmeg, salt, and pepper
2 T. stock
Directions:
- Wash kale and strip leaves from stalks
- Plunge into briskly boiling, salted water and cook until tender, 20- 30 min
- Drain well and chop finely
- In a saucepan, combine butter, cream, and pinches of nutmeg, salt, and pepper
- Add kale and stock
- Mix well and cook until well-heated and sauce is slightly reduced
