Jello Mold (Holiday Favorites- Year Two: Volume 9; December, 2011)
Prep time: 10 min
Chill time: 2- 3 hours
Ready in: 2- 3 hours, 10 min
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
3 pkg. (large) strawberry Jello
3 c. boiling water
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 can (large) crushed pineapple- drained
1 pint sour cream
Directions:
- Mix together Jello, water, strawberries, and pineapple
- Pour half of mixture into mold and leave the other half in bowl
- Put both in fridge until set
- Spread sour cream on molded half
- Top with remaining mixture from bowl
- Chill mold for a couple of hours if necessary before serving
