Gin Fizzes (Easter Brunch- Year Two: Volume 1, April, 2011)

Ingredients:
1 small can orange-pineapple juice
1/2 orange-juice-can-full of gin
1 pint whipping cream
Ice
Orange slices (for garnish)

Directions:
- Pour first three ingredients into a blender
- Fill blender the rest of the way with ice and blend
- Garnish with orange slices
