Garlic Butter Corn and Bread (American BBQ- Year One: Volume 3; June, 2010)
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 10 min
Ready in: 15 min
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
8 ears of corn- shucked
5 cloves of garlic- minced
1/2 c. butter
1 loaf French bread- sliced
Directions:
- BBQ corn directly on the grill JUST until some kernels begin to turn black
- Meanwhile, melt butter and garlic together (stovetop or microwave) and mix well
- Put corn into a pan or tray
- Pour garlic butter over corn in pan/ tray
- Sop up extra garlic butter with bread
