Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie (Fall Flavors- Year Three: Volume 6; October, 2012)



Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 6 hours, 45 min
Ready in: 7 hours
Serves: 6- 10

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of broccoli
1 c. corn
1 c. green beans
1 c. peas
1 tube biscuits

Directions:
- Fill bottom of crock pot with chicken
- Pour all three soups over chicken
- Cover and cook for 6 hours on low
- Add vegetables and cook for 45 min on low
- Bake biscuits according to instructions on package
- Scoop pot pie on top of biscuits to serve
