Cranberry Chutney (Holiday Favorites- Year Two: Volume 9; December, 2011)

Chill time: 24 hours
Ready in: 24 hours, 35 min
Serves: 14

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (16 oz.) fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts- chopped
1 c. celery- chopped
1 med. apple- chopped
1 c. orange juice
1 T. orange zest
1 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
- Heat cranberries, sugar, and water to boiling, stirring frequently
- Reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 min
- Remove from heat and stir in remainder of ingredients
- Refrigerate for 24 hours
- Serve cold or hot
