Crab Fondue (Fabulous Fondue- Year Two: Volume 10; January, 2012)
Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 25 min Ready in: 40 min Serves: 6- 8 Ingredients: 2 lb. Swiss cheese- shredded 2 (7 oz.) cans green chili peppers 2 cans crab or 1 whole crab 1 bunch green onions- chopped 1/2- 1 c. sherry wine Cubed French bread for dipping Directions: - Mix together all ingredients in a fondue pot, heat, and serve with cubed bread
