Chocolate Fondue (Fabulous Fondue- Year Two: Volume 10; January, 2012)

Serves: 5

Ingredients:
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/4 c. milk
1 T. crunchy peanut butter
Milk
Assorted fruits, angel food or pound cake cubes, and/ or marshmallows (for dipping)

Directions:
- In the top of a double boiler placed over gently simmering water, or in heavy small saucepan, combine the chocolate pieces and 1/4 c. milk
- Heat, stirring constantly, over low heat until chocolate is melted and smooth
- Stir in peanut butter and cook until heated through, stirring constantly
- Stir in additional milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency
- Pour mixture into a fondue pot over fondue burner set on low
- Will hold up to 1 hour on low; if it gets too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time
- Serve with desired dipping foods
