Carrots with Orange Glaze (What a Crock... Pot- Year One: Volume 10; January, 2011)
Prep time: 5 min Cook time: 2- 3 hours, 30 min Ready in: 2- 3 hours, 35 min Serves: 6- 8 Ingredients: 3 c. carrots- thinly sliced 3 T. butter 2 c. water 3 T. orange marmalade 1/4 tsp. salt 2 T. pecans- chopped Directions - Mix carrots, water, and salt in crock pot - Cover and cook on high until carrots are done, about 2- 3 hours - Drain well - Stir in remaining ingredients - Cover and cook on high for another 30 min *Beckie found recipe here
