Brie Puffs with Honey Butter Sauce (5 Ingredients or Less- Year Three: Volume 5; September, 2012)


Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 15- 20 min
Ready in: 30- 35 min
Serves: 3- 4

Ingredients:
1 pkg. puff pastry
1 tub Brie cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 T. honey
Italian parsley- chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Roll out puff pastry
- Cut into 9 squares
- Cut up brie into bite sized cubes
- Place a piece of cheese on each puff pastry square
- Bring corners of square together and pinch closed
- Place on cookie sheet
- Bake until dough is browned, about 15-20 min
- Melt butter and honey together and drizzle sauce over pastry bites
- Sprinkle parsley over top for garnish
