Bagel Appy's (Easter Brunch- Year Two: Volume 1; April, 2011)


Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 10 min
Ready in: 20 min
Serves: As many as you make them for!

Ingredients:
Bagels- halved
Pesto
Boursin cheese
Arugula
Olive oil
Apricot jam
Brie cheese

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 475
- Divide bagels into 3 groups
- On the first group, spread pesto then crumble Boursin cheese on top
- On the second group, spread Boursin cheese, sprinkle some arugula, then drizzle with olive oil
- On the third group, spread apricot jam, then place brie on top
- Place all on a baking sheet and bake until brie is melted, about 10 min
