Asian Noodle Salad (Hawaiian Luau- Year One: Volume 4; July, 2010)
Prep time: 8 min Cook time: 2 min Chill time: 4 hours Ready in: 4 hours, 10 min Serves: 8- 10 Ingredients: 1 lb. spaghetti- cooked 1 tsp. crushed red peppers 1/4 c. corn oil 1/2 c. sesame oil 6 T. honey 5 T. soy sauce 1/2 c. cilantro- chopped 3/4 c. peanuts- chopped 1/2 c. green onions- chopped 2 T. sesame seeds Directions: - Stir crushed red peppers, corn oil, and sesame oil over medium heat for 2 min - Add honey, soy sauce, and spaghetti and mix well - Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight - When ready to serve, add cilantro, peanuts, and green onions and mix well again - Sprinkle sesame seeds over top
