Artichoke Dip (What a Crock... Pot- Year One: Volume 10; January, 2011)

Serves: 6- 8
Ingredients:
2 cans artichoke hearts- drained and chopped
2 c. mozzarella cheese- shredded
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese- grated
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion- finely chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dippers (pita, veggies, crackers, etc.)
Directions:
- Combine all dip ingredients in a crock pot, and mix well
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours
- Turn off and/ or remove from heat at 2 hours to prevent burning
