Serves: 4- 8
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves- coarsely chopped
1/2 c. cilantro
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. toasted sesame oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
- Place first four ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth
- Pour marinade over chicken and place in refrigerator, to let the flavors sink in, for 15 min
- Prepare grill or broiler
- Cook until temperature registers 165 on meat thermometer, 15- 20 min
- Let the chicken rest before serving, to prevent meat from drying up, for 5 min
