Ingredients:
BLUE CHEESE YOGURT DIP:
1 c. 2% Greek yogurt
2 T. cilantro- finely chopped
1/2 c. blue cheese- crumbled
1/4 c. red onion- finely diced
Salt
Pepper
BUFFALO CHICKEN BITES:
3 c. chicken- cooked, shredded
3 c. chicken- cooked, shredded
1/4- 3/4 c. buffalo wing sauce
1 c. cheddar cheese- shredded
1 bunch green onions- chopped
4 oz. cream cheese- softened
1 c. breadcrumbs
Pinch salt
1 c. cheddar cheese- shredded
1 bunch green onions- chopped

Directions:
- Mix all dip ingredients together well
- Keep in fridge until ready to serve
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a cookie sheet
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, wing sauce, cheese, green onions, and cream cheese until well combined
- Mix breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish
- Form chicken mixture into 2 1/2″ balls (meal) or 1 1/2″ balls (appetizer)
- Roll chicken balls in breadcrumbs, and place on greased cookie sheet
- Before cooking, spray tops with cooking spray
- Bake until tops of bites are brown and crunch, about 20- 30 min
