Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon- cooked, drained, crumbled or finely chopped
2 lb. frozen peas- thawed
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese- coarsely grated
1/2 small red onion- peeled, finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions:
- Stir together all ingredients
- Chill for 1 hour
