Serves: 2- 6
Ingredients:
6 oz. ground pork
1/4 c. onion- diced
2 T. ginger- minced
1 T. garlic- minced
4 T. green onion- diced
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
12 round wonton/potsticker wrappers
1 egg- whipped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together pork, onions, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined
- In a medium stock pot, boil 2 quarts water
- Place 1 T. pork mixture in middle of a wrapper
- Brush edges of wrapper with egg and fold in half
- Repeat with remaining wrappers
- Place potstickers in boiling water for 1 min
- Remove and cool individually on cooling rack
- In a sauté pan, heat vegetable oil on medium-high
- Sauté potstickers until browned
