Jackie's Chocolate Chip Cookies (Mom's Recipes- Year Four: Volume 2; May, 2013)

Ingredients: 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter flavored crisco
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar- packed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Directions: 
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and set aside
- In mixer bowl, beat butter, crisco, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
- Gradually beat in flour mixture
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet
- Bake until golden brown, about 9- 11 min
