Fruit Salsa (Fresh Start- Year Five: Volume 6; September, 2014)


Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 10 min
Ready in: 20 min
Serves: 6- 10

Ingredients:
SALSA:
2 peaches- chopped
2 nectarines- chopped
4 kiwi- peeled, chopped
1 mango- peeled, chopped
2 containers of strawberries- chopped
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. strawberry jam

CHIPS:
6 tortillas- uncooked
2 T. butter- melted
1/2 c. cinnamon-sugar

Directions:
- Add all fruit to a large bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and jam, and lightly fold everything together
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve
- Preheat oven to 400
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cook tortillas over medium heat in a pan on stove
- Remove and brush with melted butter
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and slice into triangles
- Place triangles on prepped baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 8- 10 min
- Serve chips and salsa together
