Linda's Jello Mold (Mom's Recipes- Year Four: Volume 2; May, 2013)




Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 10 min
Set time: 2 hours
Ready in: 2 hours, 25 min
Serves: 6- 8

Ingredients: 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 T. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello (or orange)
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Directions:
- Bring pineapple and sugar to a boil
- Add Jello
- Stir until dissolved
- Cool
- Add buttermilk and Cool Whip
- Refrigerate until set
