Crushed Pineapple Cake (Tropical- Year Three: Volume 4; August, 2012)


Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 30- 40 min
Ready in: 40- 50 min
Serves: 8

Ingredients:
1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
I box yellow cake mix (with all required ingredients)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250
- Grease a cake pan
- Use directions of cake mix, mixing well
- Pour into greased pan
- Bake  for 30- 40 min
- Punch holes (lots) in cake when done
- Drizzle can of pineapple over cake and serve


*For Club, Elizabeth opted to frost the cake, cut it into rounds, and garnish each round with about 1 tsp. crushed pineapple
